Présenté dans le cadre du projet de Ann Guillaume "Laboratoire d'art et d'archéologie" à la cité internationale des arts de Paris en 2011

Un laboratoire de recherche se tiendra durant un an à la Cité internationale des arts de Paris. Son activité aura pour objet l’étude des points de rencontre entre l’art, l’histoire de l’art et l’archéologie. Les participants, sélectionnés pour leur appartenance aux catégories précitées, seront invités à mettre à jour les correspondances qui existent et relient leurs disciplines et le cas échéant à en inventer. L’accent sera porté sur le rôle attribué à la philosophie, en particulier dans ses contributions à l’établissement de la notion d’histoire et à sa participation aux méthodes d’investigation et de création. Des archéologues, des artistes et des historiens ouvriront un espace de réflexion et d’échanges empruntant à la science et à l’art leurs capacités à inventer, à interpréter, à anticiper. Nous créerons un lieu où coexisteront les différents temps liés à l’évolution de la culture matérielle et artistique. Dans un premier temps, l’objet y tiendra lieu de dénominateur commun. Il sera le coeur de nos interrogations et le socle des notions de subjectivité et de survivance d’une forme dans le temps.

All instruments to be heard on this album were exclusively made from human bones and skulls by the hand of Zero Kama. They never have been used since the time of its recording, which took place at the Secret Temple of Laylah from 5th to 28th of May 1984 . Remixed at Psychonaut Studio Vienna in November 1987, and dedicated to the symbol of Laylah, meaning night and death, as well as to its numerical equivalent, Oz, a goat or unrestrained sexual force of creation, thus showing the identity of the basic two opposite forces in this generous universe of beauty and strength, in which the Lovers my find ecstasy in Pan. Who wishes to enter this world of darkness, in which the Great Goat dwelleth, may pass through the sigil of Oz given at the front of this Cover.
